BACH’S FRESH BEER IN CANS

Optimal protection for your fresh beer

With our Bach’s Cans, we are primarily targeting all those craft beer enthusiasts who do not want to make any compromises in terms of quality and taste. The aluminum can is not only 100% UV-resistant but also 100% airtight. The fine aroma of our fresh beer is protected in the best possible way by this special container and thus guarantees the best possible taste experience.

Down of the Bread

Dawn Of The Bread

Which came first, the bread or the beer? Depends quite clearly on the angle, let’s say. At the Schaefer artisan bakery it was probably the bread, at Bach’s the beer. But since 2021, they’ve been making common cause:

We supply Schaefer with spent grain, a waste product of the brewing process. Therefore, this does not go into the garbage can, but into the bakery’s spent grain bread, giving it a special taste and consistency.

In return, we at Bach’s receive the bakery’s old rolls, which we use to replace just under 15 percent of the malt in the brewing process. The result is a malt-accented beer with subtle bread nuances and minimal saltiness: our Dawn of the Bread.

Bach’s supplies Schaefer, Schaefer supplies Bach’s – This creates a cycle and no food is wasted.

Bulldozer-IPA

BULLDOZER IPA

If you’re the biggest Bud Spencer fan and can brew on the side, dedicate a beer to him. Not a pale. Not a wheat. Not a pilsner. But rather a West Coast IPA that’s a real stunner.

Hops to the eye, bitterness to the twelfth – and underneath, the presence of a tropical fruit note. Our Bulldozer, which we would have preferred to call „Bach’s Spencer“, goes floral and fruity with its head through the wall.

A full four hop varieties are used in the India Pale Ale: Centennial, Simcoe and two other aroma hops. On the malt side, Heidelberger, Cara Pils and oat malt are used and round out the tart, fruity, floral flavor.

Bach's Cosmic Lager

COSMIC LAGER

Imagine you’re invited to the Trier Beer Festival, want to brew a special beer for it, and everything goes wrong. This or something similar is the short version of the story behind the creation of our Cosmic Lager, which should actually be called Hop Disaster.

But let’s start from the beginning: Julian’s original plan was to brew a hoppy lager. Sounds like a good idea at first. It’s just a shame that he mixed the three hop varieties in the sterile cold store. Without knowing the exact ratios and without having any idea of the final result, he brewed the “Hop Disaster” to completion. Flying blind. In the end, the finished beer was a complete success!

It quickly became clear: The beer had to be brewed again! After some tinkering, calculating and trying, Julian created the Cosmic Lager, which is in no way inferior to the Hop Disaster.

BEAST (SOLD OUT)

Leave an experienced American craft brewer alone with the brewhouse and various raw materials and he’ll create you a wheat doppelbock lager unlike any other. With BEAST, Jeremy has outdone himself once again.

The first beer in our Experimental series, limited to 777 cans, not only comes with a massive load of aroma hops: the lemon & lime peel and lemongrass also used make this beer extraordinarily monstrous.

But beware: with its 8% ABV you should not provoke the BEAST in any case…
